Proposed by the After-meeting Ad hoc Committee
An ad hoc committee consisting of members of the SMR community have been meeting to discuss issues raised regarding the after-meeting fellowship time that takes place on the SMR zoom channel following the daily meeting. Please see Motion 26-5 on the acamorning.org website for the committee’s full final report.
Issue:
The ad hoc committee proposes that a page be created on the acamorning.org website dedicated to storing information about the SMR after-meeting. This page will be publicly available for members to access at any time, providing a ready reference of information pertaining to both the Newcomer and Fellowship spaces.
Background:
There has long been a lack of written information regarding the after-meeting Fellowship space. This public page can be used as a repository for any and all documents regarding the after-meeting time including, but not limited to, the after-meeting’s daily script and other ACA documents regarding community safety.

This would be lovely.
The problem with this motion is that there is not an active web-servant. I am aware that there is a committee forming. I support the proposal and am hopeful for the service to carry it out.
this is a great idea, and I assume it would be part of the aca morning.org website. Again thank you everyone who has done all the work prior to this!
I really like this idea.
Sounds good to me. Thanks to whoever is webpage building savvy. Not me…
I like this proposal.
Great idea, for whenever there is a web servant on board to update the website. This is a position that is currently not filled.
makes sense
I think this makes sense. Including “Newcomer Resources” commonly requested and shared in the chat would be good too.
I support this motion but want to point out such a motion needs to include who/how/when such a page will be updated.
